Organizational Climate and Its Relationship to The Turnover Rate of Labor Applied to Egyptian Tourism Companies

Abstract

The study aims to find out the extent of the impact of the organizational climate on the rate of work turnover, as well as shed light on the concept of organizational climate and the importance of its presence in the work environment and the benefits and elements of the organizational climate, and clarify the organizational climate and its relationship to the rate of work. Turnover and the methodology of the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach to describe the subject of the study in a comprehensive and accurate description of the collection of data and information and refer to research; books and scientific theses specialized in the subject of organizational climate and its relationship to the rate of labor turnover in tourism companies.
 The study relied on data analysis and testing the validity of the hypothesis with the help of the statistical program "SPSS Version 24" and on some descriptive statistical methods such as numbers, percentages, arithmetic mean, and standard error, and the study sample was on the selection of 384 companies, and was distributed to 384 forms to human resources managers in tourism companies category "A" in Greater Cairo from a total of 2500 tourism companies.
The study showed a statistically significant relationship between the organizational climate and its relationship and the rate of labor turnover, and the study concluded the need to develop plans to provide elements of the organizational climate to reduce the rate of work role in tourism companies.
