This study aims to assess the impact of the quality of work life and its six dimensions (the availability of a healthy and appropriate work environment, participation in decision-making, wages, rewards and incentives, leadership and supervisory style, career development and development programs, and complaints and grievances) on the level of organizational flexibility in EgyptAir. 291 forms were distributed to a sample of company employees, and 246 forms were analyzed using some statistical tests such as multiple regression and simple regression. The study hypotheses were tested. The study found a high level of the quality of career life in EgyptAir, where its six dimensions were found to a high degree, and after the availability of a healthy and appropriate work environment came in the first place, followed by the leadership and supervisory style, then complaints and grievances, then participation in decision-making, then development and development programs career, and finally wages, rewards and incentives. The results of the study also highlighted the high level of organizational flexibility in EgyptAir, where there was a rise in the three dimensions of it, and the dimension of strategic flexibility was the highest, followed by structural flexibility, and finally operational flexibility.
