Abstract

This study aims to propose recommendations about the strategic alternatives for tourism product development presented in Pharaoh's baths area ,through (SWOT) analysis model in order to study the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the area. The study uses the analytical descriptive approach. The study data collection depends on on the secondary and primary sources :questionnaires were distributed to the representatives of tourism sector ,in addition to field visits to the area. The study rises number of strategic alternatives ,which may contribute in improving and developing the tourism product in Pharaoh's baths. The study recommends paying attention to improve the tourist product in the area of the caves of the Pharaoh's baths archaeological and the need to include the area as part of the tourist program for one-day trips to practice the medical tourism , and not only establish resorts and hotels but also support this magnificent location with infrastructure
